With millions of dollars at your disposal, forget about little houses and hotels, now you can build skyscrapers and pyramids.

As a globe trotting property tycoon, you can't be bothered to carry cash, so in this electronic edition, all your deals are completed with cards. With Monopoly's new electronic deal making unit, you can keep track of your balance and dodge bankruptcy easier than ever!

Along with the 22 property spaces featuring world-class global cities, the game will include updated Chance and Community Chest cards that highlight events and culturally relevant scenarios from countries around the world. Players may celebrate at Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, organize an international music festival or host a St. Patrick's Day festival in Dublin. Additionally, the tokens, houses and hotels reflect icons and styles from all seven continents.

Towards the end of August, Hasbro will be coordinating an attempt to set the World Record for the "Largest Simultaneous Game of Monopoly", and are inviting people to get involved by playing classic versions, video games, mobile phone versions, and of course the latest and greatest version, Monopoly Here And Now: The World Edition!
